A rare antique Asprey London sterling silver mounted cockatoo claret jug / decanter with original ceramic body and original blue glass eyes. Marked "Asprey, London", Sheffield silver hallmarks, date letter "U" for 1912 and maker's mark for Asprey and Co. Ldt.
Approximate measurements: 12"H x 6"W x 4 1/2" D

Condition

The silver mounts in very good original condition with minor surface scratches and scuffs, the original ceramic body professionally restored and re-glazed.
