The first Topps issue to have one series as the bulk of the cards were issued at the beginning of the baseball season. Features Hank Aaron tribute cards to start the set. Nolan, Bench, Palmer, Seaver, Fisk, Carlton, Reggie, Kaline, Dave Parker rookie, Yaz, Schmidt, Rose, Munson, Killebrew, Dave Winfield rookie(EX), Ken Griffey rookie, Bill Madlock rookie, Frank White rookie, Bill Grief Washington version, Glenn Beckert Washington version, traded cards, checklists and more. Overall, this is an impressive set. Condition range is EX-NRMT+ with a high percentage of the cards being NRMT caliber or better. Assigning an overall grade is difficult, but EXMT is not out of the question.
