Chinese Ge Ware Porcelain Double Ear Zun. Potted in a Zun shaped vase, thick and large, globular body, slightly oval body, rounded shoulder concealing gracefully to a prominent straight cylindrical neck, with wide flaring open lip, two ring handles emerging and flanked on the shoulder, raised with short splayed foot base rim and slightly concave. All reserved in Ge kiln design. Ge Kiln is deliberate crackle, or a network of cracks in the glaze, distinctive GE crackled glaze also known as jinsi tiexian which translates to mean gold floss and iron thread which details the look of several lines that appear in the crackled surface in greyish or brown underglazed base color. Ge ware is a type of celadon or greenware in Chinese pottery. The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark. Made in The Years of Qianlong Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
