The sculpture features a wonderfully and professionally crafted bronze construction that shows a miner squatting down with a pan to allow water into in hope gold is left over. The bronze is marked Robert E. Bronner - '79 - "The forty-Niner" - By Ron Herron Original 1/1. The overall condition of this bronze sculpture is good with no obvious signs of damage.
