Pair of George II Style Chinoiserie Card Tables

circa 1900, walnut and figured walnut veneer, oak and pine secondary, shaped top with banded inlay, dual hinged lid featuring banded inlay to the upper section with single gate-leg support, the lower surface lifts to reveal an open compartment with red paint, the flush skirt with Chinoiserie painted vignettes raised on four cabriole legs with bellflower carved knee on pad feet, stamped Made in England to underside fly rail.
