Description
Group of four antique American natural powder horns, 19th century, comprising two twisted brown-greenish powder horns, one with a carved compass rose and etched EB initials as well as a style of the American insurgent flag but containing a liberty tree, dated underneath 1776, one with a stippled name to the side, Samuel (?), and one having a light wide body with a leather handle, having etched figures including an eagle, a fish, a deer, a woman with a fan, a snake on a fence line, and an insurgent's flag with crossed bars, together with (1) facsimile 'Powder horn for Infantry 1810'.
