Stanislav Petrashevski (1935-1996) "Railway", oil painting, 1969

Stanislav Petrashevski (1935 v. Pishchana by Odessa - 1996 Zhytomyr) was a Ukrainian artist who mainly worked in the cities of Berdychiv and Zhytomyr in Ukraine. In 1953 - 1958 he studied at the Odessa Art School. He was a member of the Ukrainian Artist Union and an Honorary Artist of Ukraine (1994). Petrashevski regularly exhibited at regional and republican exhibitions.The artist s works are in the collections of numerous museums, including the Museum of Modern Art of Ukraine and the Tretyakov Gallery in Russia.
