Caldwell, monogrammed, 14 1/2" l.; Matthews Company dish, pierced gadroon rim, with fastened handle, monogrammed on handle with two sets of initials and dates "1891" and "1916"; Elgin Silversmith Company weighted compote, gadrooned rim enclosing a pierced band, and mounted with a shaped swing handle, late, presented to Bill Alley for the World Indoor Javelin Record of 230' 6", made by Preisner Silver Company; each with hallmarks at base, wear consistent with age and use.
