Description
The Ming-style dish is elegantly potted with eight petal-shaped bracket lobes decorated with lotus, peony, chrysanthemum blossoms, center of the dish carved cripsly with relief, depicting a scaly five-clawed dragon, and is covered overall with a glaze of mottled, olive-green color thinning to russet or ochre on the raised edges, brilliantly revealing the contour of all textures, the foot and base is not glazed and showing the firing red.
