Description
This is an excellent example of an early cigar vending machine, the "Elm City" Automatic Cigar Cabinet by the Bradley Mfg. Co., New Haven, CT. Wood construction with a full interior and two-column vendor, one for 10¢ cigars and one for 5¢ cigars. Original beveled mirror in the front, original handles, as well as original decals regarding rest for using slugs in the machine. This is an early cigar vending machine that dates to the late 1800s. CONDITION: Quite possibly having been restored at some point in its life, it has an extremely well-aged look, with no chips or cracks in the wood. A great example of the front beveled mirror, has some display cigars in the front, and the original metal tag for the "Elm City." Condition: (Excellent). Dimensions: 14 - 1/4" x 11 - 1/4" x 29 - 3/4".
