A No. 39 fixed-base single-guard Adlake Reliable bellbottom. Oil fount and No. 2 long-stem ratchet burner are intact. The frame shows 90% original plating. "D&H Co." is nicely embossed on the lid reflector. The emerald green No. 39 extended base globe is embossed with "The D&H" logo in above-average relief.
