Item Details

Description

These great pieces are new old stock and are carved ink stones. each comes with the original boxes and retain the Made in Japan paper labels. Each measures 3.5" x 6" and 2.5" x 5". These pieces were in a Japanese decor shop in Little Tokyo near downtown Los Angeles. The shop closed in the early 1970s and all the stock was placed in storage until now.

Condition

Both appear mint, boxes with light toning from age.
