This great piece is of Chinese origin. It is hand carved, appears plastic. Bird cage with dragon ornamentation on frame and subtle painted accents. Two birds inside with one on top looking in, also appearing hand carved with painted accents. Mark on the bottom appears to be an artist signature and measures approx. 18" tall x 12" wide.
