GORHAM ROCOCO-STYLE STERLING SILVER AND BONE-HANDLED SERVING SPOON, ornate sterling silver top featuring a shell bowl with scrolled designs, center with engraved "P" initial, on a carved bone handle with scrolled tip in the form of a feather. Impressed to back of bowl with slightly worn three Gorham pseudo hallmarks in addition to "505" and "STERLING". Late 19th century. 11" LOA.

Very good overall condition with minor wear, minor to moderate surface scratches, and nicks, a few minor/small dents including to tip of bowl, slight worn spots to raised decoration, possible repair or manufacturing flaw at lower end of bowl above terminal of handle, handle with some age cracks, sits slightly loose in terminal but secure.
