GERMAN HAND-PAINTED PORCELAIN FAIRINGS, LOT OF TEN, each featuring polychrome decorations and most having printed captions to edge of base, comprising eight examples depicting figures in bed including "A Cat! A Cat!" and "Our first efforts were not in vain", one example depicting a figure in a bathtub with a woman behind the door with "DID YOU RING, SIR?" to base and one example featuring a couple with "After marriage." Marks include one blue symbol and various "MADE IN GERMANY" examples. Fourth quarter 19th/early 20th century. 4 1/8" HOA.
