VICTORIAN STRIPED ART GLASS OPEN SALT, colorless with alternating opal and powder blue stripes, ruffled rim and applied colorless medial band of rigaree, applied lower prunt, fitted into a double-handled silver-plated stand with marks to the underside. Maker unverified. Fourth quarter 19th/early 20th century. Stand: 2 1/2" HOA, 4 1/4" DOA. Salt: 2 1/8" HOA.
