Pair of Chinese Carved Softwood Stands. A pair of tall, square form stands, the top of black marble, the four sides decorated with carved rectangular panels depicting dragons and foo dog motifs, supported on four cabriole legs with paw feet. Late Qing Dynasty, 19th Century. {H 39 1/4 x W 16 1/2 x D 14 1/2 inches (99.6 x 41.9 x 36.8 cm)}. Condition: Chips, cracks, wood losses, possible restoration marks, paint and gilt losses.
