Dutch Delftware blue and white ceramic "Rembrandt" covered ginger jar, with blue underglaze marks of "Plateel Bakkereij Delft" of Hilversom, with datemark "I" for 1910 and painter's marks A.M., the vase with typical delft ornamentation in blue and white, centering a cartouche with a reduction after Rembrandt van Rijn's "Portrait of The Young Saskia" of 1633 now in the Dresden Gemaldegalierie Alte Meister. 19.5" H x 9.5" Diameter.
