DESCRIPTION: Late 19th Century Austrian enameled brass mounted leather portfolio containing a collection of antique political "Franco Prussian War" themed photographic prints.The jeweled antique leather folder portfolio, possibly by August Klein, is embellished with enamel ornate applied gilt brass decorations, silk moire interior and is stamped on the interior (faded hallmark).
