Rare Early RA Miller(1912-2006) Blow Oskar Weather Vane that has outstanding charm and character. Working condition in as seen condition, this was a used item for many years and is in overall very good condition. Signed on the rear Blow Oskar and portion of signature is missing due to environmental conditions. Collector grade example. Provenance - Purchased from original owner in Athens Georgia, then purchased by Folk Artist Randy Tobias Collection
