Ulysses S Grant led the Union Army as Commanding General of the United States Army in winning the American Civil War, and served as the 18th President of the United States of America. JSA hologram certification number Z60869 on verso together with a notarized letter of authenticity by James J. Spence stating the pardon is signed using a steel-tip fountain pen and black ink.
