Printed by Hall and Sellers. 2) Forty Five 'Spanish Milled' dollars, 1779. The United States of North America. Printed by Hall and Sellers. Condition: folded in four, crease marks and some loss on reverse. 3) Sixty-five 'Spanish Milled' dollars. The United States of North America. January 14, 1779. Printed by Hall and Sellers. 4) Two thirds of a dollar, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania February 17, 1776. Printed by Hall and Sellers. 5) Eight dollars, Annapolis, Maryland , April 10, 1774 ? or 1771? last number is smudged a bit. Printed by A. C. and F. Green. 6) Five 'Spanish MIlled' dollars, No. 632.
