Overall good condition with scattered scuffs, scratches, nicks, shrinkage cracks, indentations, and separation at joints commensurate with age. More concentrated scratching and scuffs to legs and outside surfaces of arms and back rest. Both arm rests are loose from their juncture, but not affecting structural integrity. Cushion in good condition and somewhat flattened out of shape from use.
