Description
DSP. C. 1920s "Stop Here for Mobiloil" double-sided porcelain curb sign with excellent gargoyle graphic. CONDITION: Side 1, shows significant staining and crazing throughout the face of the piece, as well as multiple chips to the porcelain. The sign has noticeable fade throughout the graphic. The outer edge of the sign also shows significant porcelain loss and staining. (7.0). Side 2, has significant fade throughout the graphic, as well as surface staining and crazing of the porcelain on the face. The sign also shows areas of porcelain loss, mostly in the inner and outer field. The outer edge of the sign has multiple areas of porcelain loss, most significantly at the bottom of the sign. (7.0). Overall, a nice displaying piece, with the original metal ring connected to a newly-added pole and base. This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made. Condition: (7.0, 7.0). Dimensions: 24" X 24" X 52-1/2"
