Description
**Originally Listed At $1500**

East Asia, China, Han Dynasty, ca. 206 BCE to 220 CE. A hand-built pottery model of an altar building with a tiled roofline denoted with incised striations. The front features a broad doorway guarded by a pair of attendants beneath drooping archways, the door into the altar chamber slightly ajar behind them.
