In overall fairly good and stable condition. Few instances of approximately 3-inch vertical repairs where pile is worn and ground is exposed at one end. Minor wear to selvages. Lacking a small section of fringe in one corner. Yellowing to fringe and light soil throughout, needs cleaning. Additional images available upon request.
