Vintage overall condition, showing wear throughout commensurate with age and use. Leather upholstery exhibits scattered minor scratches, small splits, abrasions, and finish wear to cushions, edges and corners. Padding and decking are deteriorating, retaining a few holes and dusting when in use. Repadding is recommended prior to use. Seat cushion has a broken zipper. Rosewood elements present with some minor fading and chips, largest to ottoman measuring approximately 1" x 1". Please note this work may require the buyer to obtain a CITES permit to export out of the United States. Due to increased scrutiny regarding the issuance of CITES certificates, we cannot guarantee an export permit will be granted.
