Overall good condition with even pile-wear, soiling, and typical signs of wear commensurate with age and use. Issues include, but not limited to: wear to the selvage and fringe edges, localized areas of staining and soiling, scattered repairs throughout, scattered areas of abrash, localized areas of heavier wear throughout, and fading throughout.
