Overall fair to good condition with scattered scuffs, scratches, nicks, shrinkage cracks, indentations, and separation at joints commensurate with age. The top surface and verso with cracks in the wood and evidence of woodworm all-over and subsequent localized areas of chipped losses to the wood, concentrated at sides and corners.
