Description
This is a wonderful collection from the estate of a former internment camp internee. This comes from the estate or Mr. & Mrs. Uratsu from Richmond, California. Miyo Minnie Uratsu was interned at Tule Lake and Heart Mountain, Wyoming. Included is a signed copy of The Art of Gaman. This book shows several wood carvings similar to the ones shown in the book. Additionally, there are several harmonicas and a 1944 shorthand book with notes from Uratsu.
