Bolide bag 26 cm.
In grey leather with silver hardware. White stitching. Rectangular shape with curved top trim and two short handles also lined. It has a top zip closure, the handle of which is decorated with the same leather used in the rest of the bag. Interior lined in leather and fabric. Studs on the base.
Measurements: 26 x 18 x 10 cm.
This is a 1923 design, whose modernity is still intact today, resulting in a comfortable and elegant bag, completely timeless. The famous Hermès brand is known, among other things, for its use of fine and varied leathers, including tanned calfskin (with a smooth, shiny finish), chamonix (leather with a matte finish) and chevre de coromandel (soft, light leather).
The history of the first Hermès leather bag dates back to 1922, when the wife of one of the founder's sons, Thierry Hermès, replied because she could not find a bag to her taste. Her husband, Charles-Emile Hermès, decided to make her a custom-made bag, which would be the birth of the exclusive, iconic and prestigious Hermès brand.
