A 19th century American Presentation Banjo clock. 8-day Brass, weight driven time only movement with painted Iron dial and Roman numerals marked "Warranted..". Gilded Mahogany case with pierced Brass arms, Brass dial door with convex glass over reverse painted throat and lower door glasses, shaped drop with fluted detail. Re-Gilded with minor wear, restored painted glasses, crack in throat glass, running when cataloged. 40 1/2" high overall. ESTIMATE $4,000-5,000
