Rare Eero Saarinen for Knoll brown leather and chrome drafting stool/task stool, model 77 S of the 70 Series. X-form base with casters under a circular form foot rest. Features adjustable height, seat, and back rest mechanisms. Designed in 1956, created alongside and designed specific to the GM Technical center project located in Warren Michigan. Knoll paper tag and sticker at underside. Height is adjustable. 40 x 26 x 28 inches.

The chrome is oxidized in several areas, leather seat and back rest with cracking and abrasions, seat leather ripped along the edge in two areas, back rest interior foam is disintegrating, one screw is missing at the back rest.
