The painting has had professional conservation including lining, cleaning and re-varnishing. There is scattered craquelure that is visible but it is unobtrusive and stable. Under UV it appears that there are multiple areas of small touch-ups, apparent newer varnish. There is also a small puncture in the background at upper left.
