AN EARLY VICTORIAN SILVER SAUCEBOAT
by Edward, Edward junior, John & William Barnard, London 1840, with leaf-capped handle above a scrolling rim with a reeded edge and interspersed by flower sprigs, raised on a stepped oval foot, engraved with an H. 17.5cm high overall, 20.5cm long, 15.8 troy ounces
The marks on the front of the sauce boat are clear. It rocks slightly on the oval foot. Some surface wear but generally in good condition commensurate with age and use.
