Description

Axe head with a long face that tapers back and single edged, blunted tip.

Lochaber has a rich history, including its involvement in the Jacobite uprisings of the 17th and 18th centuries. The region was a key battleground during these conflicts, and several historic sites, such as Glenfinnan and Glen Coe, are associated with Jacobite history. Size overall 47 3/4" L, blade 19 1/2" L

Condition

Patina throughout, blade has surface wear and scratches as seen, handle well worn.
