Description
CHARLES F. DECKER (1832-1914), EASTERN TENNESSEE DECORATED STONEWARE CUP, salt-glazed, slightly tapering cylindrical form with thin squared rim. Brushed cobalt evenly spaced dots to band sandwiched by two incised rings. Fourth quarter 19th century. 3 7/8" H, 3 1/2" D rim, 2 1/2" D base.
