Description
1.) Large Stainless steel and Brass Pakistan folding knife. Wooden handle. Unfolding latch. Folded measures approximately 12 inches long by 2.5 h x 1 thick. Unfolded measures approximately 17 inches long. Rust colored leather carrying case with deer in field imprinted. 2.) Old Western Knife
"Stacked Leather West-Cut Clip Point Hunter". Made in the U.S.A. Stacked leather handle scales with black and off white spacers. Polished high carbon steel narrow clip point hunting blade. Tang stamped "WEST-CUT BOULDER, COLO. MADE IN USA - K-1". Aluminum finger guard and pommel. This narrow bladed hunter is in great shape. Comes with original stitched and riveted leather sheath. Specifications: Blade Material: High Carbon Steel. Handle Material: Stacked Leather. Blade Length: 5-1/8" Overall Length: 9-3/8". Leather casing with asian symbols. 3.) This fighting knife is made from a 8" Patton saber blade. The blade is marked "S [flaming ordnance bomb] A / 1914" on the left side and "US / 22409" on the right side. The knife has checkered grip panels. A similar knife is illustrated on page 186 of "U.S. Military Fighting Knives" Book III. The top of the left grip panel is hand marked "Wm F.Stl" with a leather scabbard which has a tooled pattern and is hard marked in ink "WILLIAM F. STICKLE / 33,101,979". During the Second World War, Stickle was an official U.S. war photographer of the 407th Infantry Regiment, 102nd Infantry Division. Stickle received a bronze star in connection with military operations against German forces in February 1945. While constantly exposed to hostile fire in forward positions, Stickle photographed leading elements in assault river crossings and continued combat activities as the task force moved through successive towns towards its objective.
