Description
Kentucky Derby, Churchill Downs pennant flag. White ink on green felt. With a ticket stub from the 1935 Kentucky Derby. The 1935 Derby took place on May 4, 1935 and was the 61st running of the race. The winner was Omaha ridden by Willie Saunders and trained by James E. Fitzsimmons.

Condition
The felt is in good condition with no rips, losses, or repairs. There are four small pinholes along the long edge. Light wear throughout. The ticket is torn along the top edge and there are signs of light wear consistent with age and use.
