A clockwork tinplate Alfa Romeo P2 toy car by CIJ, French, mid 1920s,
type 2 version, spoked wheels fitted with Pneu Michelin solid rubber tyres, drum brakes and shock absorbers, finished in white paintwork and wearing race number 2 with clover motif, wire mesh grille, starting handle, functioning handbrake, 53cm long, playworn with some rust spots to body, two filler caps and steering wheel rim missing, cockpit shroud slightly misshapen, offered with key and clockwork mechanism in functioning order at time of cataloguing.
