late 19th century, hand-carved walnut in high relief, featuring brace of stag (removable antlers) and pheasant, with wineskin and hunting horn, all framed within an oak leaf branch backplate, unsigned.

Condition

Cracks and repair to lower oak leaf tip and one antler; small crack and loss to lower right twig; one area of carved twine detached, but present; overall good estate condition.
