Description
Ca. 1760 two-part cherry QA high boy, in a red stain, with plate brass engraved F.W. (Fairfield Whiting family). The top with an applied molded cornice over five graduated drawers, lower section with one long over three short drawers, center with fan carving, with a uniquely shaped apron, on high Queen Anne cabriole legs, 75”H x 39”W base x 20”D base.
Condition
Brass in original holes, posts not period, old red surface wiped down, top and bottom likely separated at one point.
