Early 20th C. A fine quality bombe shaped walnut Northern Italian/ Germanic style bureau. Of rococo design, the upper section with small fall front writing surface enclosing drawers to the interior, and having shaped panels to either side and two short and two long drawers. The whole with finely matched facings, crossbanded decoration and satinwood stringing. Stood on shaped cabriole supports to hoof feet.
