Chinese fahua glazed Guanyin figure, dating from the Ming dynasty (1368-1644). The guanyin figure seats on a blue glazed naturalistic bench, with one leg crossed over the other knee, supporting a small figure that is praying. Robes colored in shades of blue and green, with faces, hands, feet remaining unglazed. Recessed base.
