Description
French four glass Champleve clock standing on a raised base with beaded decoration and fine Champleve enamel decoration to the pillars and bezel with further decorated mercury compensated pendulum,Highly ornate four sides of beveled glass and a clock face with roman numerals and minutes indicated as well. Stone top in tiers. Accompanied by two large brass winding keys.

Provenance: estate of William J.Hughes,Former NJ Congressman, ambassador of Panama, passed away in Oct 2019, he was a 10 term congressman from New Jersey from 1974-1994,and then became a diplomat from 1995-1998
