Mort Kunstler "The Angel of the Battlefield: Clara Barton with Walt Whitman at Chatham, December 15, 1862" Limited Edition Unframed Print. Depicts Clara Barton in the aftermath of the Battle of Fredericksburg tending to wounded soldiers. Clara was known for caring for soldiers from both sides of the Civil War and was nicknamed "The Angel of the Battlefield." After the war, Clara would found the American Red Cross. Signed, dated (2010), and numbered 103/350. Comes with a Certificate of Authenticity with matching serial numbers. Image size measures 17" X 25 1/2". Overall size measures 22" X 29 1/2".
