(8) oban size items including Katsushika Hokusai (Japanese, 1760–1849) 'Tago Bay near Ejiri' from the series 'Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji' and (7) prints by Utagawa Hiroshige (Japanese, 1797-1858) including 'Kii Province / Waka-no-ura' from the 'Famous Places in the 60-odd Provinces' series, 'Fireworks at Ryogoku Bridge' from the 'Famous Places of the Eastern Capital' series and (5) prints from the series 'Fifty-Three Stations of the Tokaido' including 'Daimyo Procession', 'Fukuroi (Open-air Teahouse)', 'Numazu in the Evening Twilight', 'Nissaka (Sayo Mountain Pass)' and 'Sakanoshito (The Thowing Away)', all in paper mats and unframed

Fricke Collection stamp giving information on a different print, 'Daimyo Procession' having toning and light soil, 'Numazu' and 'Fukuroi (Open-air) Teahouse' having light soil, 'Numazu' having vertical central crease, 'Sakanoshito' trimmed to image on left and right edges, having light soil and central vertical crease
