KITAGAWA UTAMARO (1750-1806) DANCE OF KAMISHA Japanese wood block print. Sight measures 8 1/2 by 13 1/2 and the glass covered frame measures 12 inches wide by 17 inches long.tagawa Utamaro was a print maker and painter, and is considered one of the greatest artists of ukiyo-e. He is known especially for his masterfully composed bijin-ga.
