Any off-site item not picked up by AUGUST 19th will be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made for the item(s) to be transported to the auction-house for the fee of $25-$50 per item. NO EXCEPTIONS!

- ANY ITEM AFFIXED TO THE HOME IS BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO DISASSEMBLE/REMOVE (chandeliers, doors, appliances, etc).
