The pendant features a star ruby set within an elaborate white sapphire lattice gallery, completed by a white sapphire bail. The pendant is supported by an eighteen inch length 925 silver designer style chain, terminating in a lobster claw clasp. Bright polish finish with a yellow gold overlay and rhodium accents. Trademark is Orianne. Identified with markings of "925". Condition is new, good workmanship. Containing: One prong set oval cabochon cut natural star ruby, measuring 28.00 x 24.00 mm, minimum weight of 117.47ct., clarity is severely included, dark, very slightly brownish, slightly purplish red color, (GIA slpR 7/3), cut is good. This stone has an incomplete six ray star with weak intensity and good movement. Transmitting light very diffusely, opaque. Naturally occurring internal and external characteristics are present. No indications of heating. Graded in the setting. Ruby has a low tolerance to rhodium plating, repolishing the surface, and ultrasonic cleaning. One hundred two prong set round brilliant cut natural white sapphires, measuring 2.30 - 1.40 x 1.20 mm, approximate total weight of 2.73ct., clarity is eye clean, colorless, very slightly grayish, white color, (GIA W 0/3), cut is good.
